- Include the page address and its language.
- Describe what you tried to do and what went wrong.
- For a possible factual error, add the official source link if you have it.
Leave personal case information out
Do not send Social Security numbers, case numbers, passwords, bank or card details, identity documents, application documents, diagnoses or medical records. A page address and a general description are usually enough.
If a screenshot is needed, remove personal information before sending it. Email is handled by the email provider and the editor to reply or investigate the issue.
