Reporting an error
If you've found an error on one of our pages, please include in your message:
- The URL of the page with the error
- What the error is (the specific text or value)
- Ideally, a link to the official government source that confirms the correct value
We take corrections seriously. Verified errors are corrected promptly and noted in the page's correction log.
Suggesting new content
If there's a benefit program, state-specific rule, or calculator we don't yet cover, let us know. We prioritize content based on reader demand and the availability of official source data.
What we can't help with
We are not a government agency and cannot:
- Determine whether you qualify for a specific benefit — only your state or federal benefits agency can do that
- Help you apply for benefits or follow up on an existing application — contact your state SNAP office or relevant program agency
- Provide legal, tax, or financial advice — consult a qualified licensed professional
- Address payment issues with your EBT card, benefit denial appeals, or specific case decisions — contact the agency administering your benefits
